A Message From Us
If you're like most women over 40 you know that due to hormonal changes, we become more effective at storing fat and less effective at creating muscle.
Ola Ka Ola (Life Goes On in Hawaiian) helped 96% of its members who are in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond, achieve total body transformations by focusing on strength training with weights and bodyweight training, designed particularly for women over 40.
Our members increased their muscle strength, including core strength and bone density naturally, reduced blood pressure effectively, revered their pre-diabetes, and promoted their psychological well-being.
The Ola Ka Ola platform will truly change your life. We are not just saying that. We are promising you that!
Keep enjoying your daily walks, these are great for you! But, pair them with our 30-min online strength classes. Our classes are designed to meet the needs of women over 40, they will save you time and money and will promote a longer and healthier life.
Imagine a world where you can spend more years with your kids, grandkids, and loved ones.
Ola Ka Ola is here to help you do that.
It's never too late to start.

Muscle Mass and Strength is Key to Healthy Aging and Longevity for Women Over 40
You are losing muscle tone EVERY year. This loss leads to a decrease in strength, endurance, and mobility, and makes everyday tasks more challenging, and affects your overall quality of life.
You're Probably Not Doing Strength Training, but It's Never Too Late to Start
You may find it challenging to prioritize strength training due to time constraints, high costs associated with personal training, lack of motivation with online resources, and the need for specialized guidance and support to address your bodily changes and potential injuries.
Your Daily Walks and Hikes are NOT Enough.
Strength Training is vital for muscle growth and can prevent and reverse the loss of muscle mass.
