How it Works?

4-8 Daily Live Classes

We offer new daily content from 6 am to 6 pm EST, including live classes where you can meet your workout buddies! Our classes cover a variety of types, including Pilates, Strength Training, HIIT, Yoga, and Stretching.

Programs That Target Specific Goals

Programs include Beginners, Pelvic Floor Restore, Pilates for Menopause, Face Yoga, Balance, and more, all designed specifically for women over 40.
 

On-Demand Library
