The Let's Start program is a unique program by Ola Ka Ola, designed for women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond. We created this program to get you to start your fitness journey in an easy and fun way. If you are new to fitness or if you don't enjoy working out, this is the program for you.

It's very easy to follow, requires no special equipment, can be done in the privacy of your home, and comes with close guidance from the Ola Ka Ola team.

The Pelvic Floor Restore program consists of 4 phases. Each phase has its dedicated on-demand library, live sessions with our specialists and Q&A session for you to ask questions and to receive all the support you need in order to improve your Pelvic Floor dysfunction.
