  • HOW DOES THE CORE & PELVIC FLOOR RESTORE PROGRAM WORK?
    The Pelvic Floor Restore program consists of 4 phases. Each phase has its dedicated on-demand library, live sessions with our specialists and Q&A session for you to ask questions and to receive all the support you need in order to improve your Pelvic Floor dysfunction.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO FEEL AN IMPROVEMENT WITH MY SYMPTOMS?
    Majority of women taken through this program feel improvement in the first 2 months when they are consistent . Every situation is unique which is why we are with you for as long as it takes . Depending on how severe , how long and how much you put into practice.
  • CAN I JOIN A SESSION WITH MY CAMERA BEING TURNED OFF?
    You can decide to turn your camera off or on. No pressure at all. You will see that over time you will feel comfortable to turn your camera on. We are all women, no judgment, only positive vibes.
  • HOW CAN I WATCH THE CLASSES?
    To watch the classes, you have multiple options. You can either access the recorded classes or participate in the live sessions using your computer, smartphone, or even stream them directly to your TV.
  • WHAT DOES MY MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?
    Access to our live classes and on-demand library, including all classes and programs. Full access to our nutrition section, special programs and events, and wellness challenges. Full access to all our special events and seminars!

During our live classes, we can see you and offer form corrections as well as provide exercise modifications.   • WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I COMPLETE THE LET'S START PROGRAM
    Once you complete the Let's Start program, you will know how to work out with the right form. Now, it's time to make progress and move to the next level. You can join our other programs (live and recorded), or you can follow our daily recommendations that we post regularly.

    The Let's Start program is a unique program by Ola Ka Ola, designed for women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond. We created this program to get you to start your fitness journey in an easy and fun way. If you are new to fitness or if you don't enjoy working out, this is the program for you. It's very easy to follow, requires no special equipment, can be done in the privacy of your home, and comes with close guidance from the Ola Ka Ola team.
