Our mission is to improve the natural health of every woman over 40
We believe that by improving the natural health of women, we will create a healthier and better world where every woman over 40 will be empowered.
We need to fight and overcome the physical challenges that being over 40 entails, we have to - because Life Goes On (Ola Ka Ola - Life Goes On in Hawaiian).
Creating a new kind of women's wellness care
Michal Lissauer, co-founder and a mother of 5, suffered from Pelvic Floor dysfunction and tried the traditional ways to solve it with no success. They were all expensive, and embarrassing and therefore were unsustainable for her.
As a former fitness instructor, she was eager to find a natural solution that would solve and restore her Pelvic Floor dysfunction. After deep research and studies, along with experts in the field, she created the Core & Pelvic Floor Restore program that has helped thousands of women to improve and solve their dysfunction.
Solving the dysfunction must be followed by practicing and maintaining daily movements, this is why Michal teamed up with Neta, an executive leader with expertise in women over the age of 50. They were passionate about movement and about what we put in our bodies. Together with a team of experts, all of whom are over 40, they developed a signature solution that includes a variety of programs and classes taught in a unique way that keeps their members consistent and happy.
Founded in 2020 by Michal Lissauer and Neta Shacham, Ola Ka Ola is the most comprehensive platform of its kind, providing natural solutions for the physical challenges that come after the age of 40. We've helped thousands of women over 40 to improve their health conditions and to feel more confident in their bodies, all from the comfort of their own homes.
