Melanie Halter is a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Counselor/Practitioner and a Master Health Coach. She specializes in empowering clients to have courage and compassion on their health and happiness journey. She takes a holistic approach to wellness which includes both physical and mental components. She believes at times you have to do some courageous unlearning in order to help you move forward in your health journey. This means building trust in yourself as you try new things and explore new ways of thinking.
Melanie lives in St. Cloud, MN with her husband, four children, and two dogs. She strives to work on her own health and happiness daily and is thankful for her tribe, both in the community and online. You can find her cheering her kids on at school events, reading, or enjoying the great outdoors.
