Calcium D-Glucurate -  Found in foods such as apples, broccoli, Calcium D-glucarate is a compound that is present in foods like oranges, grapefruit, apples, and broccoli. It is known for its ability to lower estrogen levels which is potentially helpful in treating people with hormone-dependent cancers. It also promotes the excretionof any molecule in a specific detoxification pathway. 

DIM (Diindolylmethane (DIM) - Is formed in the body from plant substances contained in vegetables such as cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and broccoli. Scientific evidence shows that these vegetables may help to protect the body against cancer because they contain Diindolylmethane and a related chemical called indole-4-carbinol. 

Quercetin -  Quercetin is a plant flavanol from the flavonoid group of polyphenols. It is found in many fruits, vegetables, leaves, and grains; red onions and kale are common foods containing appreciable content of quercetin. While earning her Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences from Queens College and her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Food Studies at New York University, Maryann worked in a corporate setting where she developed and managed a health and safety program. Maryann currently serves as the Nutrition Services and Payment Specialist Co-chair for the Long Island Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a member of multiple Dietetic Practice Groups.
