That booty booty, baby got back! The body part that makes a lot of fun songs. Rightly so, this body part should get plenty of attention. The gluteals (gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus) are the largest muscles on the body. Read that again, the LARGEST muscles on the body, right at your core, your foundation. Butt, could it be that this major muscle is shrinking? As we age, especially women, we lose muscle mass and our metabolism naturally slows. Now take modern-day life and quarantine, all this contributes even more to muscle loss. Muscle loss leads to a loss in bone density leaving you more susceptible to injury & weight gain. There is GREAT NEWS! This could all be addressed by simply training that peach CORRECTLY! if we focus on BUILDING that BOOTY which is the largest muscle on the body, you can burn more calories because having muscle on your body will burn more calories overall, even when you are at rest. Building this muscle will also increase bone density. As you train with weight-bearing exercises, the result is stronger bones. Focus on what's important Finally, speaking as a mom of 3, who understands your body changes so much after having kids and as we age. Rather than focus on the stretch marks and the loose skin, shift that focus to BUILDING MODE! We’ve made beautiful humans you can absolutely build up a STRONG. BUTT. BEAUTIFUL gluteals! The confidence that comes with this training is an added bonus.
